Job Purpose

Plan, Manage and Supervise the Corporate’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), Energy Efficiency Plan (EEP) & Sustainability Development Plan (SDP), Manage & Supervise the Technical Support in Civil & Structural Engineering and MEP & FLS Systems; Plan, Manage and Supervise the Periodic Audits on Thermo Scanning at Assets.

Responsibilities

• Research the New/Advanced Energy Saving Initiatives (ESI).
• Plan, Manage and Supervise the EEP with the Developing Assets and Operating Assets incl.
• Review the Energy Efficiency Solutions to Design & Construction and Operation & Maintenance advised by Energy Efficiency Consultant and Others.
• Plan, Manage and Supervise the Operating Assets’ Activities that relate to EEP & Regulations,
• Research the New/Advanced Sustainability Development Initiatives (SDI).
• Plan, Manage and Supervise the SDP with the Developing Assets and Operating Assets incl.
• Review the Sustainability Development Solutions to Design & Construction and Operation & Maintenance advised by Sustainability Consultant and Others.
• Plan, Manage and Supervise the Operating Assets’ Activities that relate to Sustainability & Regulations Corporate-related.
• Embrace AWC Organization Effectiveness and Efficiency for short and long-term values to meet AWC Strategies Goals.
• Focus on AWC Governance and Sustainability Strategy and Deliver Long-Term Sustainable Value.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical / Sanitary/Environmental/Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Management Level of Property Management.
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Design Management/Coordinator of MEP & FLS Systems.
• Implementing energy efficiency in hotels, Office buildings and retail.
• Building Energy Modeling (BEM) is an advantage.
• Competent skill in building systems.
• Competent skill in Microsoft Office ,specifically Excel.
