 MANDATE SCOPE OF WORK

  • Review and negotiate with hotel, F&B, and related technical or development teams on PIP or FAP by ensuring these programs align with AWC's hotel development and investment strategies.
  • Review and negotiate with hotel, F&B, and related technical or development teams on agreement Sign TSA as per the pipeline and ensure fee payments are on track.
  • Steer the design development stage with DM, PD, and consultants to ensure all designs align with programming and brand standards.
  • Monitor, negotiate, and oversee the design and construction processes to achieve CVP and BAL, optimizing budget efficiency and business operations.
  • Optimize and seek alternatives if design outcomes are below requirements.
  • Set up opening meetings and inspect hotels with the chain hotel's technical team, ensuring all areas are ready for operational handover.
  • Finalize the scope of work (PIP or FAP) and follow up on defect rectification to support operations.
  • Identify and define the scope of work with hotel operations or CIO teams to enhance assets from investment through to operational handover.

  • Hospitality Architecture: Apply architectural principles to design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces in the hospitality, ensuring compliance with building codes, sustainability practices, and brand standards to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Management in Construction: Plan, implement, monitor, and manage safety, health, and environmental practices and standards within construction projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all stakeholders involved.
