- Ensure the share shop product showcase, service solution centre and PC pool service headcount and operating expenses are cost-efficient and within the budget with a sufficient sustainable business model to increase the wholesale EBITDA.- Increase Phenix NPV via the successful launch of the service solution centre and Share Shop operation service, develop to a sustainable business model, and support the new business strategy on the operation process per the wholesale strategy.
- Lead and develop the best service solution centre, Share Shop operation and new business model to support the seller and buyer requirement to increase the wholesale ORC per company expectations.
- Lead and develop a unique Phenix (wholesale) experience to offer the world-class service solution centre and Share Shop customer journey to improve customer( seller & buyer) satisfaction to retain customers’ loyalty and company image.
- Lead, develop and implement the best-in-class operation service for the service solution centre, Share Shop and new business model to enhance the wholesale value proposition to help to increase the selling opportunity to achieve the Phenix revenue budget.
- Working closely with the wholesale business development team, partnership team, AWC internal team and strengthening the external collaboration to improve to resolve all customer journeys, experience issues, and pain points to successfully launch a new business model to support the wholesale strategy, objectives and goals.

- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or operations management, with a focus on service solutions.
- Experience in launching and managing new business operations successfully.
- Exceptional understanding of customer journey and service excellence.
- Strong analytical and operational skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Proven success in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
