  • Research and analysis of prevailing and relevant market or product trends and significant changes to consumer profiles, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Analysis of product precedents of market or product trends with innovative and unique design concepts and characteristics.
  • Determination of product strategy, positioning, and marketing approaches for effective innovative design applications.
  • Research and analysis of relevant development and consumer data of domestic market properties.
  • Benchmarking of the design elements and spatial components of domestic market properties.
  • Development of database and framework to analyze, interpret, benchmark, and organize data related to development and consumer data of domestic market properties.
  • Investigation of prevailing design strategies and concepts relevant to accessibility, safety, sustainability, and universal design.
  • Development of principles and guidelines to achieve consistent high-quality standards of design in accessibility, safety, sustainability, and universal design.
  • Collaboration with design partners on development project proposals specific to product strategy, positioning, and marketing.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, International Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Managerial level and in fields of business development or Real estate consultancy fields
  • Having Worked on large transactions in M&A, JV etc.
  • Good Command in English and Thai
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
