หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • Analyze existing and future projects under AWC in the pipeline and create suggestive partnership list in ways where AWC and the partnership will find the relationship and collaboration mutually beneficial.
  • Work closely with AWC legal and related teams to create contract-winning proposals for potential partners.
  • Actively seek partnership opportunities for AWC to pursue and formulate strategies for partnerships, then to execute short term along with long term plans on local and international levels.
  • Create strategies and roadmaps for potential new businesses that can be cocreated with partnership
  • Ensure that quality relationships are built and managed with key stakeholders for mutually beneficial partnerships within agreed budget and timeline of project pipeline.
  • Timely monitoring of all existing and future partners’ performances and brand values
  • Maintaining existing partners’ relationships

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in marketing, General Business, International business, Real Estate, Architecture, Design or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Managerial level and in fields of business development (sales) or brokerage
  • Having Worked on large transactions in M&A, JV, Sales etc.  
  • Extremely strong Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds. 
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Extremely Strong Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Good command both of spoken and written English and good computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
