Represent a positive image of the organization and deliver exceptional service to customers

 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, assist customers, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Receive notifications of news, promotions, or various events and campaigns at the shopping center.
  • Receive customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Receive repair requests - Issue Work Order.
  • Create customer satisfaction in the service experience
  • Communicate with customers with understanding, accuracy, courtesy, and the ability to answer their various questions.
  • Take care of and manage various service-related information to ensure it is smooth, accurate, and efficient
  • Work and coordinate with various departments or sections to carry out tasks or resolve issues for customers accurately and promptly.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors

 

คุณสมบัติ

  • 6 working days per week
  • Able to work the night shift (out at 12 midnight)
  • 0-2 years experience in customer service
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Competence in Computer & Digital Literary
  • Familiar with application & program usage
