หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Supporting project monitoring and tracking activities such as:
  - Maintaining update for project plan, progress, cost, resources, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures through consistent approaches
  - Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Minute taking and distribution.
  - Documenting and following up on important action items and decisions from meetings as well as important reminders
  - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Coordinating for consistent project management practices such as
  - Assist in creating document as assigned as well as consolidating
and keeping records of relating document for projects
  - Refining and maintaining project templates/ project documents
- Support for regular monitoring and tracking of division’s management activities such as Strategic plan consolidation, Budget tracking and monitoring and Team’s KPIs
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of Transformation Excellence functions including
- Producing correspondences such as letters, memos, contracts, proposals and presentations
- Performing wide variety of administration duties including schedule management, meeting arrangement and organization and distribution of documents
- Organizing internal events to support engagement within team e.g. training, knowledge sharing sessions, project celebration and special occasion parties
- Other ad-hoc administrative support as required
- Managing management calendar, calls and special events down to the details of catering, facilitating location, prepare tools and equipment, and distribution of applicable documents
- Arrange all travel logistics including but not limited to flight, hotel and car reservations, provide the appropriate itinerary travel documents i.e. visa as required. Including the reimbursement for advance payment of management

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
- 1-2 years experiences working in project environment in project coordinator roles, administrative or other related roles
- Good understanding of project work environment including project tracking and monitoring tools and framework Ability to handle multitasks and well prioritized
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with strong service mind, can build good relationship with people quickly
- Fast learner and eager to learn new thing
- Good verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
