- One (1) coupon can be redeemed for one (1) person and one (1) time to enjoy services indicate on this coupon, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- One (1) spa coupon can be redeemed for one (1) person to enjoy a 90-minute body treatment. A choice of Thai massage or signature aromatherapy massage (exclude special package).
- One (1) afternoon tea coupon can be redeemed for one (1) afternoon tea set for two (2) persons (exclude the afternoon tea service at any hotel's club lounge, or any special dining venue).
