Now, the beloved chef brings his inimitable style of modern, theatrical Thai cuisine to a spectacular setting on the 56th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire, overlooking Bangkok’s sparkling cityscape and Chao Phraya River.
CULINARY CONCEPT
Le Du Kaan derives from the Thai word meaning “seasons”, and each dish is crafted using locally sourced ingredients directly from Thai farms and fishing communities in the four regions of Thailand. A true celebration of Thai culture, these elevated creative menus reimagine the kingdom’s centuries-old culinary traditions for the 21st Century and transport every diner on a multi-sensory journey.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Le Du Kaan's interior design is a captivating fusion of contemporary style and traditional Thai elements. The elegant décor draws inspiration from the rich flavors and textures of Thai cuisine, creating a visually appealing and immersive dining experience.
Exquisite Thai craftsmanship is showcased in the furniture, while intricate Thai patterns adorn the floor tiles, adding a touch of cultural richness. The use of gold and wooden materials throughout the space reflects the nickname "Golden Land," a testament to Thailand's heritage.
The artwork created by a talented Thai artist, is inspired by the graceful curves of the Chao Phraya River. This artistic touch further enhances the immersive experience of dining at Le Du Kaan.
