AWC Wins "Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2024" for the Third Consecutive Year, Reinforcing Leadership in Sustainable Real Estate and Tourism

Now in its 15th consecutive year, the ceremony is organized by the Master in Branding and Marketing Program (MBM) under the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn Business School, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. AWC was recognized as Thailand’s top corporate brand in the real estate development sector for 2024, with an impressive brand value of THB 53,084 million. This achievement highlights AWC’s ongoing success in launching exceptional real estate projects throughout 2024, strengthening its commitment to creating inspiring, integrated lifestyle destinations. The award also further strengthens AWC’s position as a leader in sustainable real estate development, both in Thailand and across Asia.

The ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2024 awards recognize organizations that have achieved the highest corporate brand value in Thailand and across ASEAN. The event is a collaboration between Chulalongkorn Business School’s Master in Branding and Marketing Program (MBM) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The awards utilize the Corporate Brand Success Valuation (CBS Valuation) model, a research-based methodology that measures brand value using financial data from publicly listed companies over a three-year period.
Beyond this prestigious award, AWC continues to receive global recognition for its sustainability efforts. The company was ranked No.1 worldwide in the Hotels, Resorts & Cruise Lines sector in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) for 2024. AWC has also been recognized among the Top 1% of companies in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2024 and was selected as a Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) Emerging Markets member for the second consecutive year. In addition, AWC has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series for three consecutive years, reflecting excellence in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
