AWC Wins Record 23 Awards for 'Outstanding Building Safety' and ‘Sustainable Management Building', Reaffirming excellence in building management and facilities with international standards
The award ceremony for "Outstanding Building Safety" and "Sustainable Management Building," executives and general managers from AWC’s properties participated in the event held at the Naresuan Room, Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.

The awards include 17 BSA Building Safety Awards 2023 from The Building Inspectors Association (BSA), with support from the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, and 6 TFMA Sustainable Management Building Awards 2023 from the Thailand Facility Management Association (TFMA), emphasizing the globally standardized approach in managing buildings and facilities under AWC affiliated properties.

The BSA Building Safety Awards are prestigious awards that recognize buildings with clear and effective safety management and measures. These awards, organized by The Building Inspectors Association, have been held since 2012. In 2023, 58 buildings received awards for Outstanding Building Safety. The TFMA Sustainable Management Building Awards are special awards that have been held for the 3rd consecutive year, with 20 buildings receiving recognition. Award winners are selected by the Thailand Facility Management Association, focusing on promoting international principles of sustainable development and management of buildings. This includes emphasizing the establishment of policies and risk management guidelines, integrating technological innovations in resource management processes, and organizing activities to engage building users for sustainable resource management.
