"Yue Restaurant and Bar" derives its name from the Chinese word "Yuè" (悅), which means "delighted”. This name encapsulates the delight of sharing the dining experience with loved ones, whether they are family, friends, or partners, where the aesthetics of dining is intricately woven into good health and the overall pursuit of happiness. The restaurant offers a distinctive culinary experience immersed in an ambiance and menu that exudes a modern-chic style crafted by the chefs’ team which has more than a decade of experience, characterized using finest locally sourced ingredients to promote sustainability and contribute value back to the community. The highlights of menu include a variety of daily fresh and handcrafted Cantonese dim sum, Roasted Duck with crispy skin served with thin wrap, side dishes and signature sauces, YUE braised pork belly preserved mustard greens, Chinese buns, and YUE’s secret sauce. Not to be missed is Yue’s signature menu, inspired by ‘Chinese Peach’, particularly outstanding is the use of pink color in the presentation which reflect the peach blossoms and peaches of prosperity in Chinese tradition and the Peach golden peach gum longan jelly, a healthy and skin-enhancing dish. Another feature is the dedicated ‘Tea Bar – Chinese Tea Bar’ offering selected premium and famous teas from China to present tea in a chic new concept of 'Blooming Tea' to complete the dim sum menu, enhancing the overall flavor of the meal.

The design of "Yue Restaurant and Bar" was inspired by the stories, culture, and history of the Phuket people - a legacy of the Hokkien Chinese settlers who arrived in the southern region of Thailand during the 16th Century to do business and brought prosperity to Phuket town. This is reflected in the interior of Yue Restaurant and Bar, where dragon motifs representing the main element of the emblematic Chinese’s dragon dance culture. The restaurant's interior incorporates suspended white fabric, intricately woven and hung from the artistic ceiling and flowing lines adorn the area, reminiscent of the powerful movements of a dragon in motion. This is further enhanced by harmoniously using gold and red colors in the décor together. These elements reflect the rich narrative and historical cultural legacy of the Chinese community in Phuket.
