Two magnificent Michelin-star chefs are joining hands at Michelin one star Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu restaurant to showcase a delicate seven-course guestronomic dinner. This exclusive one-night-only dinner will takes place, on Friday 2 June 2023, brings together guest chef Pam Pichaya Utharntharm Restaurant Potong to team up with Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu Chef de Cuisine Gerard Villaret Horcajo. Together they will prepare and present the exciting collaboration “Guestronomic Dining Journey Series I” dinner.

The exclusive one-night-only event takes place on Friday, 2 June 2023 at Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu and brings together the stellar culinary talents of two renowned Michelin star chefs. Combining their considerable culinary know-how and flair for bold flavours in unique interpretations, the two chefs will create a seven-course dinner that focuses on exquisitely interpreted guestronomy. Chef Pam takes charge of two courses, Chef Gerard of three courses and together they craft two collaborative courses that complete a dining odyssey guaranteed to surprise and delight.

Available only on Friday, 2 June 2023 at 6 pm onward.

Price at THB 6,200++ per person (THB 7,298 net per person) for a seven-course dinner experience, and additional charge of THB 3,700++ per person (THB 4,355 net per person) for a wine pairing experience.
