Bangkok, 15 March 2023 - Asset World Corp Public Company Limited or AWC, Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation or SMBC, signed an agreement for a multi-currency short-term facility. The agreement will strengthen AWC’s standards in integrated management and increase the efficiency of the International Business Center (IBC) of the Company, which will be allocated through two branches of SMBC: the Bangkok branch for Thai Baht and Singapore branch for foreign currency. The short-term facility also aligns with the Company's strategy to provide a unique financing source through a variety of credit models that are suitable for its business structure and operations, according to standards in financial management and good corporate governance to create sustainable growth.
