AWC Receives 10 Prestigious "Outstanding Building Safety" Awards at the "BSA Building Safety Awards 2022", Reinforcing the Company’s Excellence in Building Safety Management.
25th November 2022, Bangkok, Thailand - Asset World Corp Public Company Limited or AWC, Thailand’s leading integrated lifestyle real estate group, received 10 prestigious building safety awards at the "BSA Building Safety Awards 2022", reinforcing the Company’s excellence in the building safety management of its buildings and operations. The awards ceremony was organized by The Building Inspectors Association with support from the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. AWC places great importance on efficient operations in accordance with international safety standards, under AWC’s sustainability framework of ‘BETTER PEOPLE’ which includes the development of Occupational Health and Safety in every property.
AWC received nine outstanding building safety awards in the High-Rise/Large Scale Building Category and one award in the general building of 2,000 - 10,000 square meters category for the Retail and Commercial Business, which consist of retail and office properties that are quality assets under AWC’s management.

9 Awards for the High-Rise/Large Scale Building Category include:
2 Platinum Awards for Empire Tower (awarded for the 5th time) and Interlink Tower Bangna (awarded for the 3rd time)
2 Gold Awards for 208 Building Wireless Road (awarded for the 3rd time) and Gateway at Bangsue.
4 Silver Awards for Athenee Tower (awarded for the 4th time), Gateway Ekamai, Pantip Chiangmai, and Tawanna Bangkapi.
1 Bronze Award for Pantip Ngamwongwan.
- 1 Bronze Award for General Building of 2,000 - 10,000 square meters category for Asiatique the Riverfront Destination (Warehouse 3)

In particular, Empire Tower, the largest office building in Bangkok and the flagship office complex of AWC, that has been awarded by the BSA for the 5th consecutive year. In addition to this, the Interlink Tower - another quality commercial property under AWC that is located in a prime location of Bangna’s central business district, has received the platinum award for the High-Rise/Large Scale Building Category. All of these awards reflect AWC's focus on effective safety operations."

The BSA Building Safety Awards are regarded as prestigious awards granted to buildings that are outstanding in safety. Organized by The Building Inspectors Association, the awards, which commenced in 2012, focus on building safety standards for design, construction, operations, management, and occupational health and safety to instill confidence in employees, customers, and visitors. In 2022, there are a total of 41 BSA award-winning buildings.
