Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork for presentation to management
- Supervising site staffs
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Creating and controlling construction plans
- Coordinating with contractor, deliver project on timeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field
- Experience in Construction Management for Commercial Building, Hotels, Convenient Store, etc.
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on site
- Able to utilize Microsoft Office
- Able to work upcountry is a must
