Duties & Responsibilities

  • The activities to achieve the key goal is to find the business lead (via lead referral program) by execute on sales activities, sales call, telesales, networking event, sales blitz.
  • Generates a new unique lead to Hotel Team, this must be a lead that is not currently in the hotel's funnel.
  • The lead referral should have originated prior to any guest communication with the hotel. The e-mail providing the lead should clearly indicate how the AWC Sales Team came across the lead and our relationship with the lead.
  • Execute cross referrals between hotels.
  • Execute sales events between TCC, AWC entities and AWC Partners.
  • Attend Major sales events with our partner hotels and/or represent AWC.
  • Seek for the Hotels satisfy in our coordination as the single point of contact and seeking for additional revenue for hotels. This is measurable by request hotel team do the survey and get the feedback of their satisfaction from them.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in sales and marketing area for hotel and hospitality industry
  • Familiar with hotel operation process and hotel product knowledge
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Computer literacy and MS office
