Duties & Responsibilities

• Greets and welcome guests warmly in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform a pre-prepared brief script for all guests with dinosaur puppets handing (up to 1.5kg).
• Engages all guests by creating an environment that is immersive and representative of the Jurassic World Brand experience.
• Demonstrates a collaborative, team attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Reports any discrepancies to management.
• Maintains a neat, clean and safe environment.
• Reports any safety concerns observed of guests or employees to management immediately.
• Attend scheduled company meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
