Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities of potential projects including risk and financial analysis.
  • Analyze market trends, operating asset performance, competitor performance and use data and use this information to create meaningful feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with cost strategists and project development strategists on how to optimize project development costs and IRR / GOP / EBITDA performance in the feasibility studies.
  • Manage all necessary collaboration and communication with Finance & Accounting departments related to project feasibility studies and development.
  • Plan and manage timelines for the projects. Track the execution of the project development as per the timelines to ensure all projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding the execution of all agreements related to the projects such as MOU / Partnership Agreements / Rental Agreements / Hotel Management Agreements.
  • Work closely with other team members to prepare project proposals and seek project approvals.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies for products to enhance financial business growth.
  • Provide reports relevant to supervisor’s requests.
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and/or with Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in feasibility study in real estate, hotel, mixed-use or related functions
  • Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds. Positive attitude.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good command both of spoken and written English
  • Good computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
