Duties & Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, optimize media, and drive qualified leads for leasing inquiries. Increase direct sales and improve website performance, while exploring new sales opportunities and partnerships.

Casual Leasing Strategy: Lead and deliver short and long-term strategies for casual leasing, media, and other monetization projects to diversify revenue, focusing on occupancy growth, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation.

Brand Strategy: Reinvent brand positioning under "The Greater Premium," focusing on brand strategy, identity development, and marketing communication to establish a unique workspace culture in commercial buildings.

Marketing Communication & Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new projects, services, and brand awareness. Analyze performance to improve future campaigns and develop content to support Sales & Marketing teams.

Experience Design & Omnichannel: Design omnichannel experiences to enhance customer engagement and disrupt traditional marketing approaches.

Qualifications

- Bachelors’ Degree (or Master’ s degree – apply only for Manager level) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience (or 8 years of experience – apply only for Manager level) in developing and executing marketing plans/campaigns and marketing communications content.
- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in market survey and data analysis is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience (or 6 years of experience – apply only for Manager level) in Commercial Building or Retail Business, Business Development or relevant.
- Good English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Be able to travel when necessary.
