Duties & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Loyalty Partnership Management Lead is responsible for managing the Partner Loyalty Programs across AWC and Prospect Partners. This role focuses on supporting business development of our Loyalty Program ensuring AWC continued success. The position entails assisting in maintaining Partnership Programs for CDBO and supporting the scale of AWI beyond AWC This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating terms, and implementing collaborative initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, design, and delivery of strategies for AWI across Thailand.
- Support day to-day relationships with Hotel GMs and Regional counterparts to scale Pikul.
- Help grow the Pikul Loyalty Network to support points transferability.
- Identify potential partners, assist in negotiating agreements, and foster collaborative relationships.
- Support the development and delivery of revenue targets. Assist in the end-to-end management of the AWI Program.
- Help secure and manage a pipeline of partner onboarding, ensuring effective partnerships.
- Contribute to driving EBIDTA through Loyalty and Scale Business.
- Support the adoption of digital propositions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in selling AWI through our network.
- Help develop and implement effective sales toolkits to support the healthy revenue growth of Pikul.
- Support the Ecosystem Lead with partners management, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration.
Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experience in sales within the hotel/hospitality sector is preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with background in platform development and partnership management within the hotel/hospitality sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new technology and tools.
- Good command of English ,both written and spoken.
