Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform with all sale activities and ensure to drive sale to achieve with sale target. Focusing with Project Sale and Big Lot Sale.
- Ensure to understand and participate with all sale activities that plan. Organize, setup and perform with sale events as set.
- Prepare daily sale report, report weekly sale, and submit monthly sale report to accountant. Report with sale performance to Managing Director monthly and quarterly.
- Evaluate with sale, do recommendation on sale, products, customers needed and customers’ comment. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make sale forecasts.
- Service customers and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
- Ensure to maintain existing customers, encourage with returning purchases. Seeking with new customers. Perform daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. evaluating sales call results.
- Ensure understanding with sale guideline, store display guideline. Ability to keep store display appearance as per guideline and instruction from visual merchandiser. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Perform with daily store operation, shop display and all related sale operations. Ensure to work following with agreed guideline and reach with expected results. Ensure to deliver with maximum performance.
- Inspect all areas in the store, ensure with store appearance and resolve an issue that might arise.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Coordinate with warehouse on transfer products in and out. Do transfer products record and update products stocks, Do recommendations with products sale and report with products that cannot sale within its life cycle.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Support with any related works with internal teams and external agencies and performed other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales or related fields.
- Background in Sale and Marketing of Retail Furniture or Home & Décor Business.
- Understanding in Interior Design, able to present with Interior decoration is a must.
- English language skills (reading, speaking, writing).
- Experienced in SAP, MS Excel Advance: Pivot Table, V-Lookup, Macro.
- Be able to travel and work in Upcountry as assigned.
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekend if needed.
- Service mind and good mindset needed.
