Duties & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

As per new direction for Asset Control to be set up as new business under the name of ‘reConcept’ and ‘the Gallery’, reConcept will be the business that have the roles from asset controlling of all AWC assets, managed transferring all unused assets to reConcept and added value to them by selling at different channels. While the Gallery will be the business that target to be a Social Enterprise and presents an art and design marketplace featuring products created by some of Thailand’s most talented designers, artists, and local communities.
Main Purposes for this Job are.

  • The key player to drive marketing and partnership plans of reConcept and The Gallery as well as plan; to develop, communicate, execute, and monitor social impact and community development.
  • Oversee content on all Marketing projects from new arrivals and brand launches to marketing campaigns, partnerships, mega campaigns, and sale events ensuring content meet both brand guidelines and commercial/social impact objectives.
  • Regularly review the monthly and quarterly financial data of reConcept and The Gallery's shop to ensure the shop and employees are meeting their financial quotas.
  • Propose cross-marketing projects within AWC and TCC group.
  • Research and analyze market, brand and business trends, SWOT analysis of reConcept and The Gallery
  • Manage and control operation budgets and manage all marketing activities through offline, Online and E-commerce platform.
  • Lead marketing strategy & execution for reConcept and The Gallery's business units across all offline and online channels to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and oversee marketing and communication strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies through offline and online distribution channels and social events to achieve revenue commitments.
  • Implement guidelines and standardization for operational excellence and consistency across marketing touchpoints.
  • Take ownership of the omnichannel messaging to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints, online and offline.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items with forecast by customer’s preference for offline and online channels.
  • Oversee product naming and description process across the platform, ensuring your team is optimizing for SEO and Conversion.
  • Ensuring the team KPIs and targets are established and met.
  • Explore and analyze competitors' retail shops and others to develop and improve sale strategy.
  • Work closely with the Branding team to come up with visual and designs (i.e. Signages, and concisely communicate promotions/sales).
  • Ensure for understanding with Brand positioning and products among team members.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Support with any related works with internal teams and external agencies and performed other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-year experiences working in marketing communication, digital marketing role or related fields with strong business, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Retail shop is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • English language skills (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Experienced in SAP, Microsoft Office in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Advance.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Flexibility to work after working-hours and on weekend, if needed.
