Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic support (e.g. provide remote access/VPN support; "how to" assistance on all internally supported devices, applications and systems)

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in computer science or information technology or related fields.
  • Interested in Support or Service Desk or related fields.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating across teams. Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
