Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and preparation of extensive scheduling and travel arrangements, appointment, meetings, conferences and telephone calls among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing and prioritizing the needs of both the Executive and those direct reports, planning and coordinating special business events, maintaining and updating contact information.
- Recording data, Preparing Report and presentation to support the Executive.
- Maintain the general filing and correspondence and other duties and project support as needed.
- Completes special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; following up on results.
- At least 3- 5 years of working experience as secretary, personal assistant to C-Level
- Good communication of English both written and spoken communication
- Organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills.
