Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and preparation of extensive scheduling and travel arrangements, appointment, meetings, conferences and telephone calls among executives, employees, clients and other external partners  
  • Managing and prioritizing the needs of both the Executive and those direct reports, planning and coordinating special business events, maintaining and updating contact information.  
  • Recording data, Preparing Report and presentation to support the Executive.   
  • Maintain the general filing and correspondence and other duties and project support as needed.   
  • Completes special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; following up on results.  

Qualifications

  • At least 3- 5 years of working experience as secretary, personal assistant to C-Level
  • Good communication of English both written and spoken communication
  • Organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multitask  
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
